BOOKING & SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
ONLINE BOOKINGS are available until 6:30pm the day before service. If service is cancelled, you will receive a notification by 8:00pm via email and text from our booking system.
- A minimum of 4 ONLINE reservations are required for the Snow Bus to run
- Please reserve your seat online in advance to ensure service.
- PASS HOLDERS are now required to book seats in advance.
- If you are unable to make the return trip or have made other arrangements, please notify us by phoning 778-781-0929. This is a landline and it is UNABLE to receive text messages.

Morning pick up is at 8:15AM at 150 Fairview Place, Penticton (Home Hardware Auxiliary Parking Lot). Prompt departure at 8:30AM.
Afternoon pick up is at 3:15PM at the Apex Mountain Resort Main Entrance, next to the parking lot. Prompt departure at 3:30PM.

5-Round Trips Pass
Buy a 5-Round Trip Pass for the Apex Snow Bus, valid during the 2025-2026 skiing season.
